The beginnings of Cox Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory were full of promise, hope and family. For 40 years, Don Cox served his fellow communities with dedication, compassion, and sincerity. His life of 60 years fell short in December of 2006 when he suddenly died of a heart attack. 

Donnie was a wonderful, fun-loving caring man. He loved to play practical jokes on his family and friends and was looking forward to starting the funeral home with his twin brother, Ronnie & his wife Gail. His love for his two dachshunds, Fritz and Freda was like the love for a child. He will be forever deeply missed, but we know that he is smiling upon us and with us in spirit. We love you Donnie!
