Randall Willard

Randall Rosser Willard, age 75, of Carthage, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Manor Care in Pinehurst.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Marty Garner officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Randall was born in Moore County on June 18, 1942 to Virgil Carlton and Pearlie Williams Willard.  He was a loving companion, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by a very special friend, Brenda Douglas; son, Mike Willard of Kernersville; step children, Phillip Douglas and wife Brigitte of Carthage, Leslie Robbins and husband Jeff of West End, Cindy Pardue and husband Danny of Carthage; sisters, Joyce Roper of Pinehurst and Reba Barnett of Louisiana; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Carlton and Pearlie Williams Willard; sister, Peggy; brother, V.C.
