Randy Dean Edmonds

Randy Dean Edmonds, age 55, of Greensboro, formerly of Cameron, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lee McKinney officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Randy was born in Sanford, North Carolina on June 30, 1961 to Royce Gray Edmonds and Flora Bertha Buchanan.  He spent his working career as a machinist.  Some of the things he enjoyed were serving the Lord, spending time with his family, trips to the mountains and occasionally dancing.  He was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his father, Royce Gray Edmonds; mother, Flora Bertha Buchanan; son, Christian Edmonds of Pinehurst; brothers, Rodney Edmonds (Malinda) of Shallotte, Mark Edmonds of Southern Pines, Scott Edmonds (Tina) of Carthage; sister, Holly Edmonds of Cameron.
