Seymour Harold Graifer, age 88, of Cameron, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, surrounded by his family.
Seymour was born in New Jersey on June 19, 1928 to the late Max and Rose Kaplan Graifer. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army and The Merchant Marines. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Graifer; children, Beth, Arthur, William, Fran and Michael; step-children, Robert, Marianne, Stephen, Michele (John) and Theresa; sister, Elaine; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and first wife Lois Cohen Graifer.
Services will be held at a later date.
