Larry Wayne Clark

Larry Wayne Clark, age 59, of Carthage, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, surrounded by his family.

A visitation will be held at Cox Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 6 until 8 p.m.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Priest Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Pastor Archie Stephens officiating.

Larry was born in Durham, North Carolina on September 20, 1958 to Herbert and Opal Clark.  Larry spent his time farming, watching NASCAR and watching football but what he enjoyed most was his family and friends especially his grandchildren.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Karen Clark; children, Andrew Clark, Tiffany Locklear, James, Dallas, Jonathan, Jeremy McIntosh; sisters, Amy and Cindy; fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and a very special furry friend “Shorty”.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Opal Clark; brother, Daniel Clark.
