Billie Oleta Dorman

Billie Singleton Dorman, Age 96, of Southern Pines passed away on Monday, July 1, 2019 at Magnolia Rehab & Nursing Center in Southern Pines, surrounded by her family.

Billie was born in Lynn, Kentucky on June 22, 1923 to Charles Christopher & Lula Mae Singleton. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her children, Pamela A. Lyons (John) of Whispering Pines and Dennis Paul Dorman (Diane) of Arizona; sister, Thelma Louise Neal of Kentucky; stepbrother, Edward Smith of Kentucky; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Douglas Dorman; son, Michael Douglas Dorman; brothers, Thomas and Charles Singleton.

Memorial service will be held in Covington, Kentucky at a later date.
