Charles Roscoe Rhine, age 95, of Pinehurst, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017 at his home.
Charles was born in Iuka, Mississippi on April 7, 1922 to Harry M. and Allie Rhine. Mr. Rhine proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and was a WWII and Korean War Veteran. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his son, Charles R. Rhine, Jr and wife Carol of Pinehurst; grandchildren, Charles D. Rhine and John B. Rhine; four great-granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Lowry Rhine; parents, Harry M. and Allie Rhine; son, John L. Rhine.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
