James Kelly Collins III

James Kelly Collins, III, age 54, of Carthage, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at his home.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Don Edwards officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. A private burial will take place at a later date.

Kelly was born in Moore County on May 9, 1963 to James Kelly Collins, Jr. and Clara Collins Hennings. Kelly worked as a barber and was an avid golfer.

He is survived by his mother, Clara Collins Hennings; one daughter Kellie Marie Collins of Robbins; several aunts, uncles, cousins and his special dog, Harley Jane.

He was preceded in death by his father James Kelly Collins, Jr.
