Judy Ann Cameron

Judith Ann Starnes Cameron, age 72, of Vass, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Cypress Springs Presbyterian Church with Rev. Richard Rodda officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.

Judy was born in Puerto Rico on September 1, 1946 to the late Bayne Starnes and Freida Wendt Starnes. As a result of her generous spirit and pleasant personality, she was loved by many. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Charles M. Cameron; children, Gene Russell (Pam) of Cameron, Darryl Russell (Megan) of Carthage, Melissa Brown (Tim) of Vass; sister, Kay Blue of Pinebluff; brothers, Reynold Starnes (Diane) of Texas, Bayne “Rusty” Starnes of Missouri; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
