Robert Allen Blaine

Robert Allen Blaine, age 64, of Cameron, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Solid Rock United Methodist Church with Pastor Thomas Simpson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall. 

Bob was born in Missouri on June 13, 1954 to Jerome and Marjorie Blaine.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Retired from Department of Defense with over 30 years, electronics technician maintaining air traffic control systems, demolition and pyrotechnics enthusiast, and was an avid Ohio State fan and outdoorsman. His strong work ethic and love of his country made him an inspiration to his family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Harris; son, Michael Blaine of Cameron; step children, Katie Diaz (Michael); grandchildren, Izzy and Joshua; sisters, Kathleen and Elizabeth; brothers, Jerry, David, Pat, Joseph, John and Kevin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Marjorie Blaine, son, Jason Allen Blaine and sister, Rebecca.
