Angelia Denise (Jamerson) Marks

Angelia Jamerson Marks, age 46, of Cameron, passed away suddenly on Friday, September 3, 2021 at her home.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 6:00 pm at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church with Pastor Raymond Campbell and Pastor Curtis Norris officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church.

Angelia was born in Sanford, North Carolina on September 19, 1974 to Johnny Franklin Jamerson and to the late Temmie Chavis Jamerson.  In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Rodney Jamerson.

As a result of her generous spirit and pleasant personality, she was loved by many. Angelia loved to cook and spend time with her family. Her favorite thing to do was to go to the beach. She loved Portsmouth and Davis Island. Angelia was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Marks; children, Stephanie Campbell and husband Dylan of Sanford, Katie Hall and husband Alec of Robbins and Charles Colton Marks and fiancé Carly of Cameron; brother, Scott Jamerson and wife Terrie of Cameron; grandmother, Betty Haymore of Olivia; grandchildren, Weslynn, Jentry, Ivy and Hayden.
