Anna Marie (Calhoun) Lucas

Anna Calhoun Lucas, age 34, of Carthage NC, went to be with the Lord on Thursday December 10th, 2020.

Anna was born in Pinehurst, North Carolina to the late Sally Calhoun and Kenny Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Papa, Cranford Calhoun.

Anna loved music, art, and nature. She loved to sit outside and take pictures and write in her journals. Anna was passionate about her family and friends. However, her joy and heart belonged to her children, Aidan and Ariana.

Anna is survived by her husband, Michael Lucas; children, Aidan and Ariana; brothers, Jimmy Calhoun (Kyle), Chad Calhoun (Adrienne), Andy Steed (Carol), Ricky Black (Andrea), Joe Lucas (Amanda), sister, Stephanie Sivad (Michael); mother-in-Law, Penny Lewis (Wayne), father-in-Law, Stanley Lucas (Newell); grandmother, Annemarie Calhoun, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 4888 US Hwy 1 Vass, North Carolina at 2:00 pm with Rev, Jimmy Calhoun officiating. Other Gatherings will take place at another time.

COVID-19 Restrictions will be in place.
