Debby Marks

Debby Marks, age 58, of Sanford, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at Jim & Betsy Bryan UNC Hospice House in Pittsboro, NC, surrounded by her family.

Debby was born in Sanford, North Carolina to David Oldham and the late Diana Kellam Cobb. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gregory Marks, sisters, Glynis Warren, Brenda Hawkins.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren and shopping. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughters, Jessica Gautier (Danny) of Vass, Hannah Marks (Mathew) of Sanford, stepdaughter, Angela Marks (Berkeley) of Sanford; sisters, Linda Luther (Frank) of Clyde, NC, Amanda Nichols also of Sanford, Tonya Oldham Ingle of Waynesville, NC; brother, Bobby Cobb of Mamers; twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life and potluck will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 2:00pm at Sugarneck Venue, 4844 Buckhorn Road, Sanford NC.
