Douglas Owen Forbes, age 61, of Southern Pines, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at his home.

Doug was born in South Carolina on January 19, 1963 to the late Owen Forbes and Evelyn Jenkins Forbes.

He is survived by his daughter, Collin Forbes of Locust, NC and mother-in-law, Betty Patterson.
