Herbert Wayne Harner

Herbert Wayne Harner, age 58, of Aberdeen, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst surrounded by his family.

Herbert was born in Smith County, Virginia on April 19, 1965 to the late Herbert and Irma Kay Engle Harner.  He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Patty Cummings and Tammy Harner Hodges. 

He is survived by his sons, Patrick Nolan Harner, Herbert W. Harner, Jr. (Kelly) and John Harner; daughters, Melissa Campbell (Jimmy) and Summer Harner; grandchildren, Tyanna Campbell, Christyanna Campbell, Laquan Campbell, Braylan Allred, Easton Wilson and London Harner; great-grandchildren, Grayson Pugsley, Emerald Pugsley and Luke Patterson; sister, Robin Wilson (James) and brother, John Harner (Chrissy) .

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 26, 2023 at 4:30pm at 296 Heritage Farm Road, Carthage, North Carolina.
