Kay Chase Obituary
Kay Graham Chase, age 78, of Vass Woodlake, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at FirstHealth Hospice House.
Kay was born in Jamestown, New York on August 28, 1940 to Kenneth and Mary Graham. Kay spent her work career as a registered nurse and proudly served her country in the U. S. Air Force. She was always a source of inspiration and leaves behind a harvest of memories to cherish and honor. We will forever remember her grace during difficult times.
She is survived by her sons, William S. Chase of Hamlet, Eric G. Chase (Stacy) of Oklahoma, Michael Scott Chase of Holly Springs, Andrew K. Chase (Jennifer) of Fuquay-Varina, and grandson, Joseph G. Chase.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Mary Graham; sister, Mary Helmbrecht.
Services will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania.
