Lacey Patrick Armstrong

Lacey Patrick Armstrong, infant son of Jacob “Jake” Armstrong and Tiffany Armstrong was born on August 4, 2022, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC and went to his heavenly home on August 22, 2022.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 4:00 pm at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charlie Hickman officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Lacey gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth. Maggie his sister, showed great affection to her bubby, their bond grew day by day. “Lacey was his Daddy’s mini me, who looked identical to him.” Lacey will be forever remembered.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Magnolia “Maggie” Armstrong of the home, half-brother, Ryker Jace Deal; maternal grandmother, Brandy McGehee-Murchison (Marty) of Sanford; paternal grandparents, Craig Armstrong of Lillington and Christy Blue of Whispering Pines and a host of aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by a half-brother, Thomas Clyde Waters; maternal grandfather, Thomas Patrick McGehee; maternal great-grandmother, Linda Doby; paternal great-grandmother, Merivel Jeanette Blue.
