Linda Louise (Hiemstra) Oswalt

Linda Louise Oswalt, age 69, of Vass, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

Linda was born September 2, 1951 in Colorado to Richard Hiemstra and Roberta Parrish. Linda was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived her life caring for others and enjoying her family. She was a private caregiver who took care of residents at Fox Hollow Senior Living Community and Penick Village.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Oswalt, who she met in Kalamazoo, Michigan and married in 1969 with 51 wonderful years of marriage. Linda had four children; Mike Roberts, Chuck Oswalt, Laurie Oswalt-Grubbs and Brian Oswalt. She had ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, which many she helped raise.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
