Patricia Hancock Obituary

Patricia Thomas Hancock, age 82, of Southern Pines, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst.

Patricia was born in Washington DC on October 13, 1938 to the late George Ruldolph and Mildred McNeill Thomas. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her son, Edward Harris and grandson, Kenneth Ross.

Her achievements in life were numerous and she will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her sons, Richard Blue of Texas and Patrick Kelly of Durham, NC; brother, Kenneth Thomas of Washington State; grandchildren, Nyuka McNeill, Carlos Person, Jeremy Harris, Chauncey Seagraves, Brittany Harris and Kaleb Nicholson; a host of great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date.
