Patricia Darlene (Yarborough) Lineberry

Patricia “Darlene” Yarborough Lineberry, age 73, of Cameron passed away peacefully on September 3, 2024 at home surrounded by her family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 6:00PM at the Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Vass with Pastor John Brown officiating.  A time of visitation will be held immediately following the service.

Darlene was born on March 24, 1951 in Lee County to the late David Howard and Essie Mae Thomas Yarborough.  She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Lucille Pilson and Janet Faye Mills and brother Garner Lee Yarborough.

She is survived by her loving husband Michael “Mike” Anthony Lineberry; sons, Fred Ray Ring, Jr. (Mindy) of Cameron and Jesse Martin Ring (Misty) of Jackson Springs; stepson, Chris Lineberry (Faye) of Vass; stepdaughter, Robin Lineberry (Bradley) of Vass; sisters, Peggy Joyce Ayers of Sanford, Margaret Kaye Smith of Cameron, Sue Y. Locklear of West End; brothers, David Howard Yarborough, Jr. of Cameron and Lonnie Dale Yarborough of Cameron; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
