Phyllis Carol (Faircloth) Hinton

Phyllis Faircloth Hinton, at the age of 91, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the home of her son, William Andrew Hinton and wife, Sandra of Aberdeen.

Phyllis was born in Pinehurst, North Carolina on April 6, 1935, to the late Worth Andrew Faircloth and Josephine Ritter Sadler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Andrew Faircloth and Timothy Sadler.

She leaves behind her children, Thomas Stephen Hinton (Patrice) of Southern Pines, William A. Hinton (Sandy) of Aberdeen, Leslie C. Bundy of Southern Pines, Amanda C. Suber (Gerald) of Vanceboro, NC; grandchildren, Benjamin, Thomas and Leslie; sister, June Coldewe of Florida.
