Radie Catherine (McCraney) Deese

Radie Catherine McCraney Deese, age 93, of Lakeview passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Dahlia Gardens Center and Rehab in Aberdeen, surrounded by her family.

Radie was born on October 4, 1930, to the late Ralph and Cornelia Priest McCraney.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Grier Deese; daughter, Donna L. Deese; brother, Ralph Calvin McCraney and sister, Ruby C. Moody.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra D. Kimrey of Wallace, SC; son, Thomas P. Deese of Southern Pines.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lakeview Presbyterian Church, Lakeview, NC.

A private service will be held.
