Ralph McDonald

Ralph McDonald, age 73, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, surrounded by family.

A Floating Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 pm on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Cox Memorial Funeral Home in Vass. The family requests visitors to please wear masks.

Ralph was born in Sanford, North Carolina on December 2, 1947, to the late Ralph Clovis and Lucille Marks McDonald. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Doris Jean McDonald. He spent his career as an Industrial Mechanic with Coty and was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Ann; his children, John McDonald (Amanda) of Aberdeen, Kenneth McDonald of Cary and Amy McDonald of Southern Pines; sister Faye Bullard of Cameron; brother, Frank McDonald of Sanford; grandchildren, Bell and Gabbi McDonald and his lovable furry friend, Freddy.
