Sandra Brown Bullins

Sandra Brown Bullins, age 71, of Carthage, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Peak Resources in Carthage.

Sandra was born in Lee County on December 12, 1948 to the late George Clinton McNeill and Beulah Brown McNeill. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Doughty. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children, Lisa Hicks (Dale) of Carthage, Timothy Bullins (Morgan) of Lakeview, Thomas Bullins (Lynn) of Carthage, Ricky Bullins also of Carthage and Beth Evans (Dan) of Lakeview; sister, Mary “Frankie” Ihrke of Whispering Pines; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
