Sandra Dee Barnes Howell, age 64, of Carthage passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
Sandra was born in Eden, NC on June 24, 1960 to the late William Perry and Mozelle Mary Burgess Barnes.
She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Kelly Howell; son, Terrance Cole Barnes of San Francisco, CA; daughter, Chasity Lacole Barnes of Sanford, NC; sister, Cindy Blevins of Lexington, NC and brother, Gerald Blevins of Lexington, NC.
Services will be private.
