Sarah "Sally" Lou (Bradley) Sandy

Sarah “Sally” Bradley Sandy, age 91, of Vass Woodlake, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her family.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday August 2, 2024, at 3:00pm at Lafayette Memorial Park, Fayetteville, NC.

Sally was born in West Virginia on August 21, 1932, to the late Milton O. Bradley and Flossie Beal Bradley.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Lewis Sandy, sisters, Dorothy, Betty, Bertha, brothers, Jack, Walter, Willis.

She loved the Lord and was a very charitable person, loved her flowers and animals but most of all loved her grandchildren. Sally volunteered for the Veterans Hospital and loved to travel.  She was a dedicated wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed.

She leaves behind her children, George Douglas Sandy (Sherry) of Fayetteville, Rhonda Sandy Sears (Clifford) of Stedman, Timothy Sandy of Vass, Lori Sandy Goewey (Josh) of Florida; three grandchildren, Ronnie Parker, Susanna and Sven Goewey.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Memory of Sarah Sandy to a charity of one’s choice.
