Shirley Eddins

Shirley Cooke Eddins, age 81, of Sanford, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, surrounded by her family.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. at Center United Methodist Church Cemetery in Sanford.

Shirley was born in Sanford, North Carolina on January 31, 1940 to the late Lester and Lillie Echols Cooke. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Foster Eddins, daughter, Vickie Pruitt Fulton, sister, Erlene Marie Cooke, brothers, Calvin and Douglas Cooke.

She is survived by her son, Chad Foster Eddins; son-in-law, Robert Fulton; nieces, Landy May and Debbie May; nephews, Eddie May and Willie May.
