Shirley Sue Haddock

Shirley Sue Haddock, age 87, of Cameron, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at her home, with her family by her side.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 3:00pm at Cameron Hill Presbyterian Church with Don Strickland officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church from 2 until 3. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Shirley was born in Harnett County on August 27, 1937, to the late Henry Haddock and Mittie McLean Haddock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Louise Gorczyca Fisher, brothers, Henry and Larry Haddock, sister-in-law, Leola Haddock.

Shirley was a devoted member of Cameron Hill Presbyterian Church. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughter, Lesha Stephens (Jim) of Cameron; sister, Sadie Scaramella (Ray) of California; grandchildren, Jennifer Pendleton (Ron) of Cameron, Jason Zimmerman (Tiffany) also of Cameron and many nieces and nephews.
