Stephen Valenti

Stephen Valenti, age 73, of Vass, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Cemetery with Military Honors. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 1 until 2.

Steve was born in New York on September 13, 1946 to the late Stephen and Mary Ann Valenti. In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by his wife, Suzanne Valenti, son, Keith Valenti and sister, Roseanna Athey.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He spent most of his life in the restaurant business. He enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family. He will be truly missed.

He is survived by his son, Adam Valenti and wife Lucy of Vass; brothers, Pete, Jack, Tony, Ronnie; grandchildren, Ariana and Owen Valenti.
