Thomas Cecil Burgess, age 87, of Carthage, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
Thomas was born in South Portland, Maine on August 17, 1934 to the late Thomas Cecil and Eunice Kenney Burgess. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Hewitt, sisters, Patricia and Margaret.
He is survived by his son, Raymond Burgess of Mississippi, sister, Mary Jane Flynn of Maine and two grandchildren.
