Ursula Weaver, age 69, of Pinehurst, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, surrounded by her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 19, 2024, at 11:00am at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor J.D. Coomer officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
Ursula was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina to the late Lonnie Thomas Weaver and Anneliese Haussler Weaver.
Ursula was a graduate of Campbell University and was an avid animal lover. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her sister, Anneliese Jacobson (Severt) of Pinehurst; brothers, Herbert Weaver of Fayetteville, John Weaver (CynD) of Boone, North Carolina, David Weaver of Foxfire, North Carolina; nieces, Joey Weaver of Colorado, Indigo Weaver of Oregon; nephews, Chase Weaver of Oregon and Jay Weaver of Oklahoma; great-niece, Audra Carter (Bryce) of Black Mountain, North Carolina and great-great niece and nephew, Savannah and Benjamin of Black Mountain, North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ursula Weaver may be made to Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Foundation.
