I want to personally thank Gail and Danny for handling the service for my father Ronald Alfred Clarke.
Every detail was handled with the greatest compassion and professionalism.
They both went above and beyond from grief counseling, too suggestions to make Dads service a memorable event to truly showcase a " life well lived".
This is the second service that Cox has been entrusted to facilitate for our family.
I feel like from this weekend forward Gail and Danny are now members of our family.
Thank you.
We would like to thank Danny & Gail for their genuine compassion and understanding during a very tragic time in our lives. Danny and Gail went above and beyond to make sure our little one had a beautiful service and a perfect resting place. We will forever be grateful to them for everything they did to help our family.
Just a note of "Thanks" for being so attentive and taking such good care of my family during the recent loss of my son Derrick. Gail and Danny, your ease, a sincere effortless effort was most comforting. We greatly appreciated your assistance, and understanding, throughout our most stressful days. Your guidance, support and concern will be forever remembered by all of us.
I would like to thank Danny and Gail and the entire staff of Cox Memorial funeral home. Never have I been in the presence of such a loving and caring staff you guys are truly awesome at what you do. Thank you for all you did for our family during the passing of my father. You turned a very rough time in our lives into a experience in what Gods love really means. You are the most sincere individuals I have ever met. You are truly a blessing we appreciate how professional and organized every step of the way was with dads funeral you fulfilled all our requests with dignity and respect. Thank you for all you did. We consider you as good friends now. May God continue to bless you all!!!!
When my dad past away i drove up to North Carolina from Florida. I sat outside in the parking lot in my truck knowing my dad's body was inside. It was snowing and everything seemed so quite. When i walked inside a peace came over me, i felt like it was my dad saying everything is going to be ok. Talking with Gail and Danny from Cox, i realized how much they loved their job and how they honor the deceased, the family and God by the way they handle and present the body. During the service Danny led us every step of the way during this emotional time. Danny and Gail my family and I thank you and God Bless you both. Cox Memorial is the best!
Thank you for the concern and kindness that you showed us during John's home-going. You worked hard at making us all comfortable. You made sure we knew exactly what to do. Your presentation of the United States flag to me at the graveside was beautifully done. You spoke with such compassion and meaning. I thank you from the depths of my heart. May God bless you and all your family. You serve our Lord well in your profession.
I just wanted to say thanks for all you did to make our arrangements for Daddy comfortable and easy for us. Your kind and gentle spirit set the tone for everything and encouraged us so much. Thank you for the sensitivity you displayed to Mom and our entire family. Everything went so well and I believe just as Daddy would have wanted.
Thank you for the "Lift Up Thine Eyes" book. It was very kind and thoughtful of you to remember George in this special way. Thank you for making George's services so special. The police officers were so great and something George would have appreciated. All the help you gave us was so kind and helpful. Thank you for not letting us go over board, which would have been very easy during that time. I love you all and I thank God you are part of our lives.
Our entire family so deeply appreciates the way you so beautifully served us amidst Mom & Dad's passing. Your love and compassion helped us rise above the deepest sadness in the moments during the funeral preparation and actual day of service. You are the best in what you do! God has gifted you for bringing comfort to others when times are sad. Thank you for everything. We are so pleased the headstone is ordered and it will be just what Mom & Dad wanted. Thank you for sending Dad's memorial book. These books are a wonderful remembrance of two people we love. Our deepest appreciation to you for service well done.
Bill and I want to thank you so much for the beautiful memory book given to us in Betty's name. You guys have made this transaction in our lives so much easier. You are just wonderful people. We feel like you have become very important friends to us. Thank you again.
We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Cox Memorial Funeral Home. You guys were absolutely AWESOME. I don't think I could imagine someone being as good at their job as you all are. Our family felt true care and compassion from you. It was genuine. Your card says, "where you're treated like family." That was proven to be true. Everyone was incredibly nice. You all are such wonderful people and we could never thank you enough.
Thank you for your very kind and professional manner in directing my father's funeral services. It was a great comfort to my mother to be cared for in such a compassionate fashion. Your staff did a great job in guiding us through this difficult time. Our memories of the services will certainly be pleasant.
The best part of Cox Memorial Funeral Home is the focus on ministering to families. Many funeral homes will price gouge families simply because they are able to take advantage of the situation. Cox never put one item on the bill that was unnecessary, unwanted, or unethical. We were allowed to express our financial situation up front, and the only words we heard from day one was "You take care of your father and enjoy time with him, and when the time comes we will work with you and take care of everything, so no worries." And Gail backed up every single syllable of that. When the focus is on the families and those left behind, then the service and attention to detail becomes second to none. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I feel for and owe to Gail and the entire Cox staff for the handling of my father's funeral. We have received so many compliments of how Cox handled the visitation and service. While funeral planning is never fun nor pleasant, I can absolutely recommend Cox to anyone in need of their services. They relieve so much of the stress and worry, and make sure the family is well served in all aspects. Thank you again, Gail and crew. We greatly appreciate everything you did for our family.
To All the Staff of Cox Memorial,
Words cannot express my gratitude but I will try. My family was faced with a tragedy that we never expected. The thought of planning a funeral instead of a baby shower never crossed our minds but it happened and while going through the process, God brought us to you. You gave my family so much of your time, you showed us kindness and helped renew my hope in this world. I know "thank you" will never be enough. What you all did was a blessing. God asks us all to be like Him and we all find it difficult but know your actions were His and we are forever grateful. May God bless you all for the work you have done. You all will forever be in my prayers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
