Marisue Wyson

Marisue Simkins Wyson, age 69, of Vass, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at FirstHealth Hospice House, surrounded by her family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Rodden officiating.  A viewing and visitation will be held immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Marisue was born in Canada on December 30, 1947 to the late Harry D. and Susannah Walker Simkins.  Marisue had a loving and generous heart, and a wonderful smile that could light up a room. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Kurt Michael Wyson; daughters, Karisue Wyson Rickle and Heather Wyson Constantine; brother, James Simkins; granddaughter, Kaylee.
